Lae Lay Grill - Ao Nang - Thailand

In every corner in Thailand you will find food and if you are interested to try real Thai cuisine, you should definitely try their street food. But if you are interested in a finer restaurant with delicious sea food, a magical view and a beautiful sunset, I can warmly recommend Lae Lay Grill which is located up in a hill in Ao Nang. It is definitely a favorite and if I am in those regiones I try to visit them. Remember that you must make a reservation before and you can do this easily by asking someone at the hotel reception to do it for you.The booking includes that they pick you up at your hotel with their own Tuk Tuk

Nha Hang Home - Hanoi - Vietnam

Vietnam for me is just about street food, but the food culture in Vietnam is quite large and varies from north to south. If you are interested in trying everything but will not have time to do it during your trip, you should go to Nha Hang Home as they have a ready-made set menu to be shared with carefully selected dishes from all three regions. If there is a dish that tastes extra good, you can just ask for a refill. The restaurant is located in the old French villas and has a vintage-style architecture. This place is very cosy and I loved the vietnamise style with the characteristic yellow wall color.

Lilla Ego - Stockholm - Sweden

My favorite restaurant in Stockholm is Lilla Ego. Their menu is seasonal so there is no risk of getting tired of the menu. The flavors are magical and even the most food-hungry people have been impressed by their dishes. However, it is not easy to get a table there but a tip is to try to book a table as late as 12 in the evening because that's when they release their tables. I'm a big fan and regular customer there so we might see each other sometime.

One breakfast place I like is Petite France in Stockholm. Their breakfast menu is varied and tastes delicious and it is very reasonably priced. Minh Mat - Stockholm

I am a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine and in Stockholm there are some good Vietnamese restaurants and one of them is Minh Mat. The atmosphere of this cozy restaurant and the flavors of the dishes make you feel like you are in Vietnam. Do as the Vietnamese and share the dishes together.
